Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:

We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 3:30 EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
Final Sale Items:
All clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us here within 10 business days of receiving it. Include:

How to Return Your Item(s)
- Before returning your product(s), contact us here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Your name, phone number, email, and delivery address
- Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Use a trackable shipping service and ship to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all conditions are met, we will refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days of receiving your return.
Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
Approximate delivery times are indicated in working days in the description of each product, although a delay in delivery will not be a reason for penalty.
THREADMADE HOME will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the User / Customer in the order form does not match the reality or has been missed. - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Depending on the destination of the order various shipping methods can be used, each method and each destination have shipping times that are specified in the order confirmation process.
Deadlines may change for logistical reasons or for reasons of force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, THREADMADE HOME will inform its User/Customer, as soon as it has knowledge of them.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the company makes the product available to the User / Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
Delays in delivery shall not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the User/Customer, by the transport company within the agreed time and could not be delivered for cause attributable to the User/Customer.
When the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent.
